Thanks for visiting our site! Murph's is a co-ed workout facitlity that provides a unique friendly workout experience. Whether you're a beginner wanting to get in shape or an experienced lifter looking to increase your gains, Murph's has what you need! Not a lot of fluff, but definitely not hard core. We offer tanning, free weights, machine weights, and cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, bikes and elliptical machines! We also have a pro-shop with branded merchandise, belts, gloves, and lifting straps.
